While our metal furniture is beautiful, durable, and sturdy, there is no such thing as completely “care free” outdoor furniture. Therefore, it is important that you protect your investment once your new furniture is delivered and installed. Please be sure to follow our product care and maintenance instructions to ensure warranty coverage.
A word about workmanship. All of our products are hand crafted by artisans who specialize in metal crafting. As our products are not made on assembly lines using automated equipment, but individually hand crafted, you may find slight variations from product to product. This is normal and inherent in the hand-crafting process. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please call us and we’d be happy to discuss this with you in more detail.
A word about rust. We recommend wrought iron for indoor use only. While we carefully prime all of our iron products prior to application of an exterior grade, dual polymer, top coat, all iron products exposed to the elements will rust eventually, as this is inherent in the nature of the material. Therefore, we recommend ordering aluminum or galvanized material for all out door installations.
Please note that product failure or damaged caused by unreasonable or abusive use, freight damage, fire, adverse environmental conditions, (including, but not limited to: freezing, high winds, extreme climate conditions), normal fading, scratching, or chipping of the finish, fading, weathering or staining or discoloration of furniture, accidental damage, repair or modifications by consumer, glass breakage, commercial use, and normal wear and tear is excluded from the warranty.
